Our Community- Our Community Outreach

Concord Equestrian Center not only fosters a love of learning about the horse and riding but also a sense of community revolving around our mutual love of the horse.

We actively encourage the community spirit through events, programs and, most recently, our CEC Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is a place where kids can hang out together, do homework, and pin up their favorite photos. It is also a great place to have meetings, clinic and other education events.

CEC wishes to extend the privelage of knowing a horse or pony to the greater community. We are aware that many people may feel hesitant about riding but would nonetherless like to learn more about the horse from the ground.

The first program we are trying out is a "Women's Morning" held on Thursday mornings. We will come together for morning refreshments and then groom a few horses. For those interested, we can also offer a short ride with the horse being lead by a handler. Sign up is required. Please call 858-259-1148.

We are also willing to hold "field trip" type individuallly tailored programs for all ages and groups, from seniors to toddlers. Call and tell us about your group and we will see what we can arrange!
