We offer Birthday Party, Summer Camps and other events to give kids and adults an opportunity to be introduced to horses and ponies. Please read below about each of our programs.
The Party Experience---Tour the barn and meet some of the different ponies. Then help groom the ponies, feed them treats, etc. For the pony ride each child will be led around the arena approximately twice. Party goers have one turn and the birthday boy or girl will get two turns, one at the beginning and one at the end. Table for cake and presents available upon request at select times for no additional fee (we charge only for the tour and the pony ride.)
Party Participant Requirements---Party must be chaperoned at no less than a 6/1 adult to child ratio. All party goers must have a CEC indemnity form signed by a guardian before they can participate. Long pants and sturdy shoes are recommended. We supply helmets, saddle, bridle and pony.
Please fill out our Concord Equestrian Center Release by going to our Fees and Releases page.
Counselors will be available to greet campers between 8:30AM and camp will begin at 8:30AM. Campers will usually go out to get their horses first thing and then we prepare our horses &/or ponies for riding. When we are finished we ride for about 1hr 1/2 then we take care of the horses and/or ponies afterward. At this point the campers are usually hungry so we snack on lunch and talk about horse facts. We conclude with a fun activity depending on how much time is left.
Sessions are held M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM (drop off at 8:30) from the end of July through late August. Water is supplied. Snacks and/or lunch should be brought by the student.
Please RSVP early!
at a professional Hunter/Jumper Show Stable! We are able to offer camp experiences where younger and/or beginner riders are mentored by older and/or more experienced riders that have been riding for 2-6 years. All of this is supervised by an experienced adult instructor that teaches in our riding academy.
